    Assistant Head - Post 16

    We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Head to lead our Post-16 provision in Blackheath, London. This full-time, permanent role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the provision, leading staff, and ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and progression opportunities for students with SEND.

    You’ll drive a personalised curriculum including enrichment, work experience, and post-18 pathways, while supporting strong outcomes for young people.
