Ensure that all students are safe and feel secure in school by embedding a strong culture of safeguarding.  This includes maintaining robust, regularly reviewed policies and procedures; ensuring all staff are well-trained and confident in their responsibilities; and creating a school environment where students know how to seek help and feel confident that concerns will be acted upon swiftly and appropriately.

Enhance and structure our intervention programme to ensure that all students have consistent access to weekly, targeted support. Establish a clear framework that identifies needs early, allocate appropriate interventions, and monitors engagement and progress to maximise the impact for every student.
