Teaching Assistant

We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our Blackheath team and help create a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for young people who thrive outside mainstream education. You’ll work closely with students in small groups and 1:1, support their learning and wellbeing, and play a key role in helping them build confidence, independence, and a positive relationship with school.

If you’re passionate about making a real difference and want to be part of a friendly, dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you.

English Teacher

We’re recruiting an English Teacher to join our Blackheath team. You’ll teach English from KS3 upwards, support across other subjects, and help shape personalised learning for students who thrive outside mainstream education.

If you’re a QTS-qualified teacher who brings strong classroom practice and a passion for nurturing individual potential, this role offers both impact and room to grow.

Cleaner

We’re looking for two reliable Cleaners to join our team in Blackheath. You’ll help keep our school clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff by carrying out general cleaning duties across classrooms, offices, corridors, and communal areas.

If you're punctual, detail-focused, and able to work independently, we'd love to hear from you. There are two Cleaner positions currently available in London.

I feel privileged to be part of something so special that is growing every day. I look forward to experiencing this journey with a fantastic, friendly staff team and a group of amazing young people.
