Ensure every student accesses an ambitious curriculum from their individual starting point, supported by high-quality adaptive teaching, embedded EHCP outcomes and personalised SEND interventions.

Build on relational practice through Positive Behaviour Support, proactive sensory and regulation strategies, and consistent approaches to anxiety, demand avoidance and EBSA, increasing students’ ability to self-regulate. 

Strengthen PSHE, Citizenship and Preparation for Adulthood to develop students’ independence, healthy relationships, understanding of rights and responsibilities, self-advocacy and community participation, alongside high-quality careers education, employer encounters and work experience.

Provide an inclusive programme of educational visits, enrichment and community learning that develops students’ independence, confidence, communication and wider life experiences. 

Strengthen quality assurance, leadership oversight and safeguarding while maintaining rigorous compliance with the Independent School Standards and SEND Code of Practice. 

Develop an evidence-informed culture where interventions, CPD and school improvement are evaluated by their impact on practice and student outcomes, supported by coaching, stakeholder voice and shared good practice.
