  • Post-16 moved to No.5

Since 1 September, our Post 16 students have been settling into their new home in No. 5 Building. The move gives older students a space of their own, designed to support their studies, creativity and growing independence.

At the heart of the building is a welcoming social hub, a relaxed space where students can meet, collaborate and unwind between lessons. It has given Post 16 a real sense of community and an environment that feels right for young adults.

The building also offers dedicated music, art and creative media rooms, where students are already producing work that now brightens the walls. These specialist spaces give students the chance to develop their talents and explore their interests alongside their academic programmes.

The music room, with an electric drum kit, guitars and piano.

The Art room, with students' work already on display.

The creative media room, equipped with computer workstations.

These sit alongside well-equipped classrooms, ensuring students have the right setting for focused learning.

To support the development of independent living skills, No. 5 Building also includes a kitchen and bathroom facilities, providing practical opportunities to prepare for life beyond In Toto Ed.

It has been wonderful to see students make the most of their new surroundings, and we look forward to sharing more of their achievements in the building over the coming months.
