Rachael is our Administrator and Exams Officer, and one of the In Toto Cambridge DDSLs. Her work in the education sector began during the COVID pandemic, when she joined a brand new special needs school as their Administrator and HR Assistant. This was where she developed a deep passion for special education, and the fantastic work being done to ensure everyone who needs it can access it. Outside of work, Rachael is a mother of four teenagers - including two with dyslexia - and is dedicated to helping them grow up as the best version of themselves.
