Nicole is the Assistant Head (SENCO) in our Peterborough School. She gained a BA (Hons) in Drama and an MA in Applied Drama before completing her PGCE in 2016. She has been working in education ever since, first as a teacher in a mainstream school, before moving to special education.  

Nicole has made significant career progression since joining In Toto Ed as an English Teacher in 2021, first as a Team Leader, and now part of the Senior Leadership Team as our Assistant Head (SENCO). Her role now entails helping support and advocate for our students and their needs, and collaborating with teachers and parents as well as external agencies to create an inclusive learning environment for our students.
