De'Jon
Interim HR Consultant
De'Jon is our Interim HR Consultant, based at In Toto Ed Head Office and working across all three sites. He holds an HND in Music Industry Management and Marketing, alongside CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, and brings 11 years’ HR experience within schools and the education sector.
His experience covers the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, contracts and employment changes, employee relations, absence management, performance and capability, disciplinary and grievance matters. De’Jon supports employees, managers and senior leaders across a broad range of operational and strategic HR matters.
