Lois is a Beauty Technician and Teaching Assistant at In Toto Cambridge. She is a QTLS-qualified teacher with extensive qualifications in beauty therapy, education, assessment and quality assurance, including CIDESCO and CIBTAC qualifications, a Certificate in Education, and a CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health. 

With nearly 30 years' experience in education, Lois has taught beauty therapy in further education colleges and secondary schools, working with students from Year 9 through to adult learners. Before moving into teaching, she enjoyed a successful career in the beauty and spa industry, including managing a luxury spa and leading a team of 25 staff. She brings a wealth of industry expertise and educational experience to her role, supporting students to develop practical skills, confidence and a passion for learning.
