Martin is the Curriculum Lead for Technology, and Leader of Outdoor Education at In Toto Cambridge. He holds an MA in Educational Leadership, an MA in Creative Writing, a BSc in Design and Technology with QTS, and is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI). 

With 18 years' experience in education across both state and independent schools, Martin has taught students from Reception to Year 13, delivering GCSE, A-level, BTEC and Diploma courses. He has led outdoor learning, taught English, and spent 11 years as Head of Design and Technology. Before entering the education sector, Martin completed an engineering apprenticeship and worked for five years in the catering industry, including as a Head Chef, bringing a broad range of practical and leadership experience to his role.
