Emma is the Curriculum Lead for Performing Arts at In Toto London. She holds a BMus (Hons) from Cardiff University, a PGCE in Secondary Education from Goldsmiths, an MA in Education from St Mary's University, and a PGCE in Vocal Pedagogy from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and brings over 30 years of teaching experience in London secondary schools. 

In 2018, Emma founded Sing Together Ltd, a multi-arts company dedicated to delivering music and drama projects. Passionate about the transformative power of the performing arts, she uses music and drama to build confidence, wellbeing and communication skills in young people. Alongside her work in education, Emma is a professional vocalist, pianist and conductor, and has written several plays that have been performed in theatres across the UK. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking on the River Thames.
