Imogen is the Assistant Head and DSL at our Cambridge school. She holds a BSc in Biology, an MSc in Microbiology, a PGCE in Secondary Science and the National Award for SEN Coordination, alongside Senior Mental Health Lead training and over a decade of experience across both specialist and mainstream education. 

Imogen began her career teaching Science within a specialist school setting, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting young people with complex needs, and gained further expertise in SEND and nurture practice. Throughout her career, Imogen has held senior leadership responsibilities across safeguarding, SEND, attendance, alternative provision and multi-agency working, giving her extensive experience supporting vulnerable learners. 

Passionate about trauma-informed and relational approaches, Imogen is committed to ensuring young people feel safe, understood and equipped with the support they need to succeed both in school and beyond.
