Cooker update - October 2026
In Cookery we have had a great start to the term, with students showing off some great culinary talents.
Classes have been great at working in teams to ensure the success of their dishes, with all students learning new skills successfully, from deep fat frying to focusing on intricate knife skills.
NCFE Coursework has been released, and we will be focusing on celebrating cultural cuisines as part of the non-exam assessment.
Next term we are introducing the In Toto Bake-Off, so watch out for the poster of how to get involved and help us celebrate the wonderful talents of our staff and students!
