On Wednesday 14th January, we were pleased to host a SENCO Coffee Morning for parents, providing a relaxed and welcoming space to connect, ask questions and share experiences. The morning offered parents an opportunity to learn more about the support available, discuss their children’s needs and build relationships with both the SENCO team and other families.

A highlight of the morning was a presentation from our Art Therapist, Sam, who spoke about the therapeutic work delivered at In Toto Ed. Sam explained how art therapy supports emotional wellbeing, self-expression and regulation, and outlined the range of interventions we offer to support children with additional needs. The presentation helped parents gain a clearer understanding of how therapeutic input can positively impact their child’s development.

We would like to thank all the parents who attended and contributed to such a warm and engaging session. We look forward to continuing to work closely with families next half term.
