Louise is our School Administrator at In Toto Peterborough. With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from The Open University, she has six years’ experience working in mainstream secondary schools in student support and safeguarding roles. Before joining the education sector, Louise spent 16 years in the police – first as an intelligence analyst, and later as a police officer – and a further 10 years working in NHS mental health services. Her background in safeguarding, wellbeing, and multi-agency work enables her to provide strong, compassionate support to students, families, and staff, supported by valuable lived experience as a parent of a child with ASD.
