Teaching Assistant
We're looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our growing alternative education provision. This full-time, term-time role is a chance to make a genuine impact, working closely with students in small groups and 1:1 to help them feel safe, confident, and ready to achieve their potential. You’ll support learning in the classroom, help manage behaviour using positive strategies, deliver targeted interventions, and play an active role in the pastoral life of the school.
