Damson is one of our In Toto London English Teachers. She holds a First Class BA (Hons) in English Literature and a Secondary PGCE, and has a strong background in education and youth wellbeing, with experience teaching English and Drama in secondary schools. Alongside her teaching work, Damson has supported young people in a range of educational, creative and pastoral settings.  

Outside of work, Damson volunteers with Free to Be Kids on their residential programmes for children and young people, as well as Age UK's Telephone Friendship scheme to combat loneliness in the elderly. She is also currently training to become a psychotherapist for children and teenagers, bringing a reflective and therapeutic approach to her classroom.
