Year 11 Revision tips

Preparing for your Year 11 exams can feel overwhelming, but with the right approach, revision becomes much more manageable.

Creating a dedicated, distraction-free study space, revising little and often, and regularly reviewing what you’ve learnt are all key to building confidence and long-term memory.

Everyone learns differently, so it’s important to find what works best for you – whether that’s visual tools like mind maps and flashcards, listening to recordings, or learning by doing. Planning your time, using past papers, and revisiting tricky topics can also make a big difference.

Most importantly, remember to take care of yourself. Rest, breaks, and balance are just as important as the revision itself.
