Michelle is a Teaching Assistant at In Toto London. She has over 20 years’ experience working with children and young people from Early Years through to Key Stage 5, including has extensive experience supporting autistic students. Michelle has spent the past five years advocating for and delivering training to improve the experience of neurodivergent students in mainstream education. She has also worked closely with Educational Psychologists and as an ELSA, supporting students’ wellbeing and emotional literacy. Alongside her work in schools, Michelle has provided one-to-one tutoring and respite care, as well as running after-school clubs including Makaton and outdoor learning.
