Martyn O'Donnell is a member of the In Toto Ed Advisory Board, bringing over 30 years’ experience in education. Now retired, he was formerly the Executive Director of Parallel Learning – an academy trust of alternative and special schools. Martyn’s extensive background in leadership has seen him take on roles including Headteacher and Executive Headteacher in secondary schools and alternative provisions, alongside leading local school improvement and system leadership initiatives across London, Essex and Kent. 

Throughout his career, Martyn has been driven by a belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities to thrive, regardless of their setting or circumstances. His leadership experience, combined with his commitment to inclusive education, provides valuable insight and strategic guidance to our schools.
