    With over a lifetime’s collective experience between us all in the education and SEN sectors, we strive to deliver a truly bespoke and unique alternative to mainstream school and college.

    HR and Compliance Administrator

    Olivia is the HR and Compliance Administrator, based in Peterborough and working across all three schools. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Child Development from Peterborough Regional College. 

    Olivia has worked with children and young people since the age of 18, with a strong focus on supporting those with SEN. She began her career as a one-to-one support worker, working with students aged 8-16 and developing a passion for helping young people thrive.
