Sarah is Assistant Head - SENCo at In Toto Cambridge. With over 25 years’ experience in education, she started her career in Early Years, and over the years has worked across schools and local authorities, supporting children and young people aged 0-19 with special educational needs. 

She holds Early Years Professional Status and is due to complete her NPQ SENCo qualification in April 2026, alongside a Level 5 qualification in Trauma and Mental Health Informed Practice. Most recently, she led support across six specialist provisions within a multi-academy trust. 

Sarah is passionate about a person-centred approach, championing strong partnerships with families and a focus on emotional wellbeing, helping young people build the confidence and skills to live independently and achieve their aspirations.
