With demand for our Construction provision continuing to grow, it became clear that our onsite workshop could no longer accommodate the expanding needs of our students. Determined to create a space that matched their ambition, our Directors worked tirelessly to secure a dedicated venue that would allow the programme to flourish. Their efforts have paid off; Unit 8 offers an impressive, purpose-built environment located just a short walk from our main Fenlake House premises.

Having gained access this term, our students have already begun transforming the space, organising tools, setting up work areas, and preparing the workshop for the official launch in January. Their enthusiasm and pride in shaping their new learning environment have been fantastic to see.

Unit 8 represents more than just a new building; it is a significant step forward for our construction pathway. With increased space, improved facilities, and a professional workshop setting, our learners will have even greater opportunities to develop practical skills, build confidence, and work on projects that reflect real-world industry standards.
