Teaching Assistant
Join our Cambridge team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students through one-to-one and small-group learning, mentoring and interventions, helping them build confidence, manage challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
With small class groups and personalised learning packages, you’ll work closely with teachers and the wider team to support students’ academic, social and emotional development.

Catering & Transport Assistant
Help keep the school day running smoothly, safely, and positively. This varied role combines lunchtime catering, student transport coordination and end-of-day departures, alongside oversight of the school minibus.
You’ll work closely with colleagues, families, and transport providers to support safe, calm transitions for students, while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and vehicle management. A practical, organised, and people-focused role, with an important part to play in the daily life of the school.

Lead Student Support & DDSL
As Lead Student Support and DDSL, you’ll be a calm, consistent presence across the school, supporting students with SEND through targeted pastoral interventions and day-to-day behaviour support.
You’ll also guide the work of Teaching Assistants, build positive relationships with families and play a key role in safeguarding as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. Working from a trauma-informed and relational approach, you’ll help students navigate challenges, repair relationships and stay connected to learning.

Assistant Head - Teaching and Learning
We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring educator to join In Toto Ed Cambridge as Assistant Head: Teaching and Learning. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll drive improvements in teaching practice, support and develop colleagues, and help embed a consistent, high-quality approach to personalised SEND education. You’ll split your time between the classroom, and helping every student overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
