Department Update

We are thrilled to announce the opening of a fantastic new Beauty Department, which is incredibly exciting for both staff and students.

This expansion will provide:

• Modern treatment areas for facials, nails, and advanced beauty services.
• Enhanced resources for professional makeup training, including specialist tools and products. A salon-style environment to give learners real-world experience and prepare them for industry standards.

Facial Skincare Unit

Students have gained a solid understanding of facial anatomy, skin types, and product selection.

Practical sessions have focused on cleansing, exfoliation, massage techniques, and mask application.

Most learners have achieved competency in delivering a full facial treatment, showing professionalism.

Feedback from learners shows, confidence and enjoyment in performing facials.

Makeup Unit

Students have successfully completed daytime and evening makeup looks, demonstrating creativity and technical skill.

Particular progress has been noted in:

• Eye makeup: Learners have mastered basic eyeshadow blending and are developing precision in winged eyeliner application.
