  • Cookery update - March 2026

    This half term, our cookery lessons have been busy and delicious! We have been working with pastry, dough, batter, chicken, mince, and chocolate.

    Students have cooked a wide range of dishes, from Yorkshire puddings to biryani, learning new skills like kneading, mixing, baking, and cooking safely.

    It has been great to see everyone trying new flavours and becoming more confident and independent in the new kitchen.
