Mark Eastwood is Head of School at In Toto Cambridge. He holds a Biology degree from the University of Bath, and a PGCE in Secondary Science from the University of Cambridge. Mark spent over 20 years at a large, fully comprehensive secondary school in rural Norfolk, beginning his career as a trainee teacher and progressing all the way to Headteacher. During this time, he taught Science across the full secondary age and ability range, and developed extensive experience in both pastoral and academic leadership. 

While Assistant Headteacher, he was responsible for attendance, behaviour, safeguarding, looked-after children and Key Stage 4 intervention, before moving into the role of Deputy Headteacher with a more strategic oversight of these areas. As Headteacher, he led the school to its first Ofsted “Good” judgement in over 15 years, alongside the strongest examination results in the school’s history. Mark brings a wealth of leadership experience and a strong commitment to ensuring every young person is supported to achieve their potential.
