Marie is the Deputy Head and DSL of In Toto London. She is an experienced senior leader with a strong commitment to ensuring every student has access to an exceptional, inclusive education. With a career-long focus on curriculum design, safeguarding and inclusion, she specialises in developing strategic approaches that remove barriers to learning and support student progress at every stage of their educational journey. 

As the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), and with extensive experience leading SEND and inclusion, Marie champions the safety, wellbeing and rights of children and young people. She is particularly skilled in developing effective, centralised systems that ensure individual student needs are clearly understood and consistently supported in the classroom; an approach recognised for its positive impact on learner outcomes. Her work is underpinned by a strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, helping to create a school community where all students feel valued and able to thrive. 

Marie holds an MA in Education (Leadership and Management) from the University of Greenwich, a PGCE from the University of Cambridge, and has completed her National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Alongside her leadership expertise, she brings a background in Music and a long-standing passion for nurturing student talent through curriculum innovation and enrichment opportunities.
