Amal is the School Operations Manager at In Toto London. She is currently studying for a BA in Childhood and Youth Studies and, having previously worked in SEMH settings and another alternative provision, brings a strong understanding of the needs of young people. Amal has experience across administration, HR, finance and mentoring, and plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school.
