David Williams is our SEND Adviser. Currently the Executive Director of Inclusion at The Park Academies Trust, he is an experienced SEND specialist with a strong background in teaching, leadership and student well-being. He holds a BSc (Hons), a PGCE, and a research Master’s in Learning and Teaching from the University of Oxford, as well as the National Award for SEN Co-ordination, the NPQH, and qualifications to assess for JCQ access arrangements. He also completed the Master’s-level Attachment Lead qualification. 

David has contributed widely to national discussions on specific learning difficulties and has been recognised for his work, including an international research scholarship and the Dyslexia Teacher of the Year award. He is regularly invited to speak to SENDCos across the country and plays an active role in local SEND strategy and professional networks.
