Students will be met by staff each morning and can arrive from 8:30 to 8:45, with breakfast available for those that would like it. This time allows friends to catch up and for students to relax after their journey in to school.
Following this, all students will go to their “Base” and spend some time every morning with their Personal Tutor, who will ensure they are ready for the day and support them with any worries they may have.
At the end of the day, staff will support students to get into their taxi (or parent’s car).
Please note that on Fridays we finish an hour earlier, so all students will leave at 1:45 rather than 2:45
As an alternative provision, we are only able to offer students a maximum of 15 hours per week in school in all key stages.

The local authority funds up to 16 hours a week for post-16 students, and this is classed as full-time education. These 16 hours are spread out across the week and may look a little different depending on which pathway a student is following.
Some students might be in four days a week for shorter sessions, while others might have longer days but fewer of them. The school day can run from 8.45am until 4.30pm.
