Kim is the Cleaner at In Toto Cambridge, with over 25 years of experience across commercial, domestic, and hospitality settings. Her diverse career includes 17 years in the travel industry (NVQ qualified), two years as a Legal Secretary, and time working in a care home supporting people with dementia both as a carer and in the laundry. Starting work at age 14 on a market stall, Kim brings a strong work ethic and broad skill set. In her spare time she also taught children Karate, and herself holds a black belt.
