Serena is one of our Teaching Assistants at In Toto Cambridge. In addition to a TA, she also teaches Beauty, the industry where the majority of her experience lies. Serena has spent over 20 years working in beauty salons and spas, including at Center Parcs and the prestigious Clarice House. She holds a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy from Cambridge Regional College, and has extensive training and certifications in specialist beauty techniques. Outside of work, Serena has three children, a boxer dog and a tortoise, and makes driftwood and sea glass crafts which she sells in her Etsy shop.
