Stakeholder feedback

Member of SLT central team-Every day is different, and what we are able to offer each student, and the progress they make, both socially and educationally, is remarkable. During my three years I have seen an amazing growth in student and staff numbers, across all three schools, but what has remained is the uniqueness which makes In toto ed successful. We are very lucky to have three amazing sites, each very different, but all developed with the students best interests at heart.

Teacher Cambridge:
Using my experience and knowledge to make a positive difference to students lives.

It is such a friendly and welcoming place; everyone helps each other out.

The students:
Being listened too and feeling valued.
Being part of a team.
Friendly and helpful co-workers.
Being able to work autonomously.

Central team: One of the things I like most about working at In Toto Ed is the strong sense of community — it truly feels like a close-knit team. Everyone is always willing to support one another, especially during challenging times, and there's a real spirit of unity. What makes it even more special is seeing the genuine difference we make in the lives of our young people. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of something that’s creating meaningful change in the world around us.

Teacher-Cambridge: What I love about working at In Toto Ed is being part of a supportive team that genuinely wants the best for every learner. My favourite part within my role is watching our students grow, not just in ability, but in confidence too. Seeing them achieve their goals and come out of their shells is incredibly rewarding.
Thanks to the smaller class sizes, I have the opportunity to really get to know each learner as an individual. That personal connection allows me to support them in a more meaningful way, and it’s something I look forward to every day.
In Toto Ed makes me feel like I’m truly making a difference in young people’s lives. I had my own challenges at school, so being able to support students through theirs feels like things have come full circle - it’s a responsibility I feel deeply passionate about.

Support staff Cambridge: The reward from knowing that a student has had a good day and engaged in school. It can be the simplest things even just coming in to school and staying the whole day through to completing a qualification. The students are the most important part of my work and seeing them grow in confidence each day is what I enjoy the most.
